But just this once, I promise!! Funny thing, I don't feel a bit guilty! I'm sure you'll understand why........
That's WHY!!!!!!!
I have been recently captured by this website: BAKING OBSESSION. It is an AMAZING recipe!!! I even made caramelized walnuts to go on top... A nice touch, if I must say! Recipe HERE.

God, Leesa, that looks glorious!!! I would have cheated the way you did too!!! That last picture, with the cupcake exposing its wonderfully oozing caramel center is just sinfully and enticingly perfect! When you have time, stop by my Island and take a look at my post yesterday. It's called 'Zebra' and it's in English. I hadn't published anything in English in a while and finally I did thinking about you and a few other English-speaking friends that visit my mostly-Spanish-language blog. I visit you often even if I don't leave comments and I enjoy all the neat stuff you send me often via email. Keep up those amazing culinary and baking skills. Hugs and kisses.
Hi Leesa!
Hey, I don't blame you one bit for cheating because I would too!
OMG...the caranelized walnuts sound HEAVENLY!
YUMMMMMMY!
Hope you're having a great Monday!

Hey Pedro...
Thanks!! They were absolutely TO DIE FOR, that's all I can really say!! hehe!! I love your description!
I will stop over to your blog and thanks for thinking of us Anglophones. I really wish I had keep my Spanish going... It's a shame! When we visit my dad and stepmom in Costa Rica this summer.. I'm sure I'll have a chance to practice!!
Thanks for stopping by!!! It's always nice to hear form you... Glad you enjoy my pics!!
Hugs,
Leese
Hey Ron... hehehe!! Yep.. It was REALLLLLLY worth it!!! The caramelized nuts were the cherry on top! YUM!!!
HUGS to you,
Leese
Hahaha I think anyone would cheat if they had that in front of them. Its okay everyone doesn't. It looks pretty good. Ha-ha well hopefully you enjoyed it.
I can't believe you resisted this long when you've been baking such great cakes recently!
Hey Andrea,
I KNOW!!! I don't know how either.. I just really wanted to try it but now I don't really have a craving for sweets...
Aaaahhhhhhhhhh -- Leesa, your baking (and photos!) are totally awesome!
Cheers.
Thanks Carolyn...
In fact, I'm making another batch for Alex to take to work tomorrow because he talked about them to his coworkers and they were in utter disbelief regarding the flavour!! I would like them to "discover" something new...
Take care and thanks for stopping by! Hope to see you soon in Paris!
Leese
Hey Lees,
mmmmm....
I would cheat, and D & beau-papa too. Heck, we all cheat; we need to crack now & then with food or else life is tasteless :(
I'm glad you did it :)
XX
Hey Barbara!
Yes.. and I DID!!! hehehe.. Yes.. we all do crack now and again...
Thanks,
Leese
Wow, they look wicked. I would love to bake cupcakes. His nibs doesn't eat cake and everyone at work is on a slimming diet (including me supposedly) so I would scoff the lot myself - not good for the waistline.
So I'll just have to make do with drooling over the pictures and the recipes.
They all look so inviting Leesa! Hugs.
Thanks Philip...
I just made more today/tonight for Alex to take to work with him... It's a unknown flavor for French people...
oh god, i dont think i could handle these!
Leesa, they look great! I'm glad you liked them.
Hey Jean --
Glad you're enjoying the pics... something to drool over!! hehehe!!!! Maybe one day, you'll bake some!
Hi Vera and welcome to my blog--

Mira-- in a good way or a bad way?? Not sure what you meant by not being able to handle it---
