Chritmas baking-- Christmas cupcakes

These cupcakes got me in the "Holiday Swing!" I made some simple "French vanilla" (Yes, that's what the package said- Betty Crocker) and put some red, white, and green jimmies in them to give them that "Christmas-fetti" look... Then, I mixed up some vanilla buttercream in my pink KitchenAid.... and added some colour and flavour...
The red ones have strawberry flavoured buttercream and the white ones are peppermint buttercream with peppermint sugar sprinkles!

Very appetizing cupcakes –wouldn’t mind having a taste – while drinking a glass of eggnog with Bourbon (I have become Americanized…) So your cousin’s name is Michèle in English? I have never seen it spelled that way – vraiment interesting. She looks cute anyhow. It reminds me of the way Paul McCartney sings “mee shell my friend….”

Thanks Anne!

Hi Vagabonde -- OH EGGNOG!! I miss eggnog a lot... Well, at least during the holidays!
My cousin and I both changed the spelling of our names in 1980-- I changed my to Leesa and she to Meeshell--- from the original spellings...
Mee shell, ma belle... Do you mean that song?!
Take care!
