Meeting a viticulture ....

Here's where they press the grapes... This is the top of the machine.

Here's where the put the grape juice...

Here's some grape juice that's a bit fermented and petiant.

Here's what's left over after the grapes have been pressed. I think this would make some great compost!!

depends of what they use on the vines... chemical stuff ...not so goodd for other veggies....

May I know who you are??!!!! I do definitely agree with you on this ... We were told by the viticulture that he uses chemicals twice during the process... I'm sure no chemicals are good and I'd rather do all bio myself... I know it's not good for the environment and other crops in the area... I guess two times is maybe better than a bunch of times.. Are you a bio farmer? Or do you keep bio??? We can talk about this b/c it's of interest to me...
