Chocolate swirl cheesecake




What more can I say?! WHO doesn't love chocolate? I mixed in some melted Nesle's semi-sweet chocolate and swirled it into the batter. I have to say that it wasn't as flavourful as the other flavours, but it was still pretty delish!

Leesa - that looks great! What sort of cheese are you using for your cheesecakes? I've often wanted to make them here but can't get Philadelphia Cream Cheese in Annecy. Do you know if there is something similar?

Hi Penny...

It was the regular fromage nature in the cheese section... I tried a different one this time, low in salt.. lower than St. Moret... I'll get the name tomorrow and post it on the comments here....
I just have to say... It was even BETTER than Philly cream cheese!!
