Yesterday, I made some yummy oatmeal cookies with butterscotch and peanut butter chips! There is NO such thing as this in France. It's an American invention. Anyhow.. they're made with oatmeal so they are 'somewhat' healthy!! I'm bringing them with me to my students homes today to pass out to everyone... That way, I don't eat them all myself!!!

Ooooh Leesa those cookies sound absolument magnifigue!!!! I know I would adore them - almost as much as the other American standard Toll House cookies.
Your veggie quiche also looked yummy.
Your students are very lucky!
Cheers.
Your blog always makes me so hungry!!
You could send some to me, I will sacrifice myself and eat as many as you want to give me.
Damn...BUTTERSCOTCH? Now that's just plain cruelty-to-blogreaders.
Hi Carolyn,
Yes... a very standard recipe- oatmeal cookies plus a bag of Nestle's butterscotch chips! I even added a handful of peanut butter chips... They came out very EXCELLENT!!! Soft and chewy on the inside and crisy/crunchy on the outside. When you come I'll bake you some cookies!
Starman.... If you come back to Paris, I'll have a plate of fresh cookies waiting... They don't transport well and I'm afraid they'd be hockey pucks if I sent them!!!
Debi -- Hehe... Hey, I have to keep you guys informed of my daily antics!!! Sorry about the carb-filled posts!!! : )
