Homemade bagels...

Bagel dough... Roll dough into a bagel snake and pinch the ends together!
Yippeeeeee!!  Raw bagels!!
Boil those bagels
Wet, boiled bagels with toppings- garlic and rock salt.   I'll post the finished product tomorrow a.m.  
I got the idea from Walt at WCS cuz he posted his BEAUTIFUL and PERFECT looking bagels!!! Mine didn't turn out so perfect looking, but not so bad for a first time.. They tasted good, though!!!

Taste IS the most important criterion.

OMG I miss bagels. Did they really taste like the ones you buy? If so I MUST make some!
