Final product... "Bagel Project"







NOT TOO SHABBY for first time bagels... A little doughy and chewy.. but just the same consistency of a California bagel... which I am accustomed to but they are not found her in Paris-- In the Marais, they have a different kind of bagel... I am going to try out different recipes... Maybe Walt can give me some tips on bagel making- but I know what to do if I ever have a bagel fix!!

Hehehe... Thanks! Yes, they are baked now... before they were boiled in water for two minutes then baked in the oven for 10...

Hey Leesa, thanks for the bagel. I didn't toast it because I'm too lazy ;) but I had it with some Comte and it tasted great!

These bagels look INCREDIBLE!!

I can just picture me eating 5 of these with some butter, and a cup of delicious coffee!
