Today in the Parc de Sceaux with Barbara...

Barbara (Family Counts) and I had a grand ol' time today in the Parc de Sceaux. Barbara and I met at 1 pm and departed at 4 pm... We had about 3 1/2 hours of walking in our favorite park... While most of the trees are pretty much still sans feuilles (without leaves), the park offered many sneak peeks of an early spring here in the Ile de France... For example, the flowering trees- white and pink, the beautiful daffodils, and even the animals coming out to play and feed... I hope you enjoy these photos because we had a wonderful day today.. And today.... 4 March is a perfect example of France's March weather known fondly as the "giboulé de mars- which means that one sec it could be clear and sunny with blue skies... and the next moment your are hurriedly opening your umbrella to protect yourself from the rain and or hail!!!! And
then, just moments later, there are clear blue skies again with intermittent clouds... It was like that all afternoon today as Barbara and I explored the park...
