Kahlua Cheesecake B-day Cake



It really looked TOO good to eat!! It was yummy, too!!

Sam- Yes!! I made it and it looked so good! I used St. Moret as a substitute for Philly Cream Cheese and the darn thang came out salty!! But, it was still good if you ignored the salt factor!! YUMMMMMM!!

Andrea- You're right!! If it looks good, I'll take a picture of it.. and then DIG IN!!!!

And have you ever tried using half St Moret & half Marscapone? That's what I usually do to balance out some of the saltiness.
