Swiss chard... No, it's not rhubard!!

This summer we were somewhere and we saw some Swiss chard growing in a garden... Alex sis, Cathy, remarked that it looked like rhubard... While it DOES quite well resemble rhubard, it is not... but I don't know the name for Swiss chard in French... so if anyone happens to know.. please enlighten me... Thanks...

Hi Leesa!

In NZ we call it silverbeet.

In France it's called 'blettes' in some regions, and 'bettes' in others!
