These pastries look fantastic...and healthy at the same time - hehe!!
It really "reinforces" the idea of 5 serving of fruit a day- Not to mention the flour... for cereals... and eggs for protein! So, you are really doing a nice job of fullfilling your daily nutritional needs with this "FRUIT PIZZA" as I call it... We won't count the MINUS points for all that sugar and butter that do into it, though.. will we???!!!!
